Uncomfortable chairs that barely fit, inadequate parking space , annoying noise disruptions from outside!!! Facilities need serious upgrades, especially with modern expectations for comfort and convenience!!!

A comfy stay with helpful staff

Stayed for a night as part of a parking pkg. Super clean room, and the shower was great! Staff was super friendly, especially Emily at check-in. It was nice having tea/coffee in the room too. Only thing was the toilet flush acted a bit weird, but no big deal.

The kids loved the spacious family room we stayed in, which was clean and cozy! It was just 10 minutes to the airport, making our early flight stress-free. The complimentary tea and coffee was a nice bonus...

Had a fab time with friends! Explored hidden forest paths and chilled next to 1,200-year-old trees. The room was spacious, comfy beds, and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. Make sure to check parking fees upfront to avoid fines....

Comfy for a Night

Needed a quick stopover and it did the trick. The room was clean and the bed cozy. Tea in the room was a nice touch. A bit hot, though, and could use a fan. Booked a taxi easily for the airport. good for the price I guess!

The warm and welcoming atmosphere stood out during our stay, with excellent customer service ensuring a pleasant experience. breakfast was inconveniently located at a nearby hotel, and the morning we visited, there was no hot food available due to kitchen servicing. Instead, we received a voucher for a nearby spot, which felt like a last-minute solution. It's worth noting that our room was modern and clean, making it suitable for short stays.

the room was really spacious n comfy. i loved that it had a kettle with warm drink options, n the bed was super nice. plus, it was close to stanstead airport, which was perfect for my travels. en-suite was great too, n the windows...  

Spotlessly clean room, spacious enough for a comfortable stay, and the kettle was perfect for a morning tea. I would surely come back again for my next flight!
